Add a moderator

A moderator is drawn as a path from the moderator onto an existing path.

How to

  1. 1Draw the main path first (for example Service Quality → Loyalty).
  2. 2Drag from the centre of the moderator (Trust) and release on the middle of that path.
  3. 3A dotted moderation spur appears. The interaction term is created for you.
